Delhi University was formed in the year of 1922 by the Government of India. Delhi University is located at the capital of India, New Delhi. It is also called as DU which is the short name of the University. Delhi University works as per its motto “Dedicated to Truth”. The University has two campuses in Delhi, One in North Delhi and other in South Delhi. Both campuses are at different sides of Delhi city. North campus is connected by the Delhi metro service while South campus is very near from the Delhi Vidhan Sabha and hence is available via many transport services. University offers various programs at under graduate and post graduate level. Currently around 220,000 students are pursuing different courses in the University.
Eligibility for the PGDCA Admission:
The PGDCA programme is defined as the Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications. For the eligibility in the PGDCA, a candidate must have to pass the graduate examination with minimum 50% marks in the final year from any recognized University in India. The students who have appeared for the final year examination are also eligible for the admission. In the 12th examination mathematics is the compulsory subject for the admission to PGDCA.
Admission Process:
All the admissions are provided on the base of the entrance examination. For getting the admission in the PGDCA course students are required to fill the application form. The application form is available at the University admission office or on the website of the University. Candidates can download that form from the internet. The syllabus for the entrance examination is almost same as that of 12th level.
