Sikkim Manipal University MCA Admission

Sikkim Manipal University (SMU) is a recognized university in India. This university was established by partnership between Government of Sikkim and Manipal Education. This university is being recognized by UGC and is also the member of Association of Indian Universities (AIU).  This university offers various courses and there are different institutions that are built in the same campus such as Institute of Medical Science, Institute of Technology, Nursing and Physiotherapy.

The MCA course offered by SMU is of 2yrs and maximum 4yrs.  SMU is well structure university offering all the facilities for students including well maintained lab where students are being provided practical knowledge of various computer languages. The syllabus of MCA course can help students to good scope in future after completing the course. The faculty and study material matches with international level.

Eligibility for MCA course:

• Candidate must be graduated with at least 55% from recognized university by taking Computer application/IT subject in degree level

• Candidate should have taken up Mathematics subject in 10+2 level.

• Candidate who has completed 3 yrs of diploma course from CMC/ NIIT/APTECH can also apply for MCA course.

• Candidate who is appearing for the final exam can also apply for the course.

The application form along with prospectus can be obtained from university counter or by sending the request form along with DD of Rs 500/- drawn under the favor of Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok.  The application form can also be downloaded from the university website www.smu.edu.in .
